Where do you get your coffee?

  • We've partnered with some of the best small-batch coffee producers to ship high-quality, fresh coffee from around the world on a regular basis.

How often do you deliver?

  • You can choose to have your fresh coffee delivered every 7,14 or 28 days.

 How much coffee comes in each bag?

  • We have 12 oz bags and 1 lb bags you can choose from.

Can I edit my shipping address?

  • Yes, all you need to do is log into your account and click 'manage subscriptions".  If you want to edit your address, your address will need to be changed 24 hours before your next charge is processed. 

Will I be charged for shipping?

  • No, we offer free shipping on all of our coffees!

I received a coffee I did not like. Do you accept returns?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. If you bought a coffee at full-price and did not like the flavor, we are happy to send you our sample pack to try our various flavors/blends. We are unable to send the sample pack if you purchased using a discount code. 

How do I cancel or modify my subscription? 

    • If you would like to cancel your subscription at any time, please email hello@delightcoffee.co and our team will assist you with canceling. You must cancel 24 hours before your next charge is processed. Please log into your your account to see when your next charge will be processed. If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your first order (while using a discount), we will cancel your order and refund you the discounted price.
