    Mexico Chiapas Coffee Region

    • From the southernmost state of Mexico, this coffee shares many of the delicate fruit top notes one might expect from its neighbor, Guatemala.
    • Relatively low elevation makes for an exceptionally smooth, nutty flavor.
    • Our medium roast served with a French Press accentuates the body, sweetness, and base cacao notes.
